കേരളത്തിലെ മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയിലെമഞ്ചേരിക്കടുത്തുള്ള ഒരു ഗ്രാ‍മപ്രദേശമാണ് മുട്ടിപ്പാലം . മഞ്ചേരിയില്‍ നിന്ന് മലപ്പുറത്തേക്കുന്ന പോകുന്ന വഴിയില്‍ ഏകദേശം 3 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ അകലെയാണ് ഈ ഗ്രാമം.

മുട്ടിപ്പാലത്തെ പ്രധാന രണ്ട് ഭാഗങ്ങളാണ് മേലെ മുട്ടിപ്പാലവും താഴെ മുട്ടിപ്പാലവും. മേലെ മുട്ടിപ്പാലം മഞ്ചേരി നഗരത്തിനു കീഴിലും താഴെ മുട്ടിപ്പാലം ആനക്കയം പഞ്ചായത്തിനു കീഴിലും ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്നു
